Shares

The Admin Dashboard Shares tab — platform-wide oversight of what’s been shared, by whom, and with whom.

The Shares tab on the Admin Dashboard gives administrators oversight of shares across the entire platform — every share, regardless of who created it. For how shares work for users, see Shares.

Unlike most tabs, the Shares tab has no search box and no Add button — shares are created by users in the app, not here. This tab is for reviewing and managing existing ones.

Columns

Column	What it is
Date	When the share was created.
Sender	The user who created the share.
Recipient(s)	The users the share was sent to.
Project	The project(s) the shared assets belong to.
Assets	How many assets are in the share.
Actions	View, Edit, Delete.

A share can carry more than its asset list — recipient feedback/voting, questions, tags, languages, and notes from the sender. View opens the share to inspect these; Edit opens the share form; Delete removes it.
