A queue is a staging area. You gather assets into it, configure what you want, and review everything before it’s submitted — nothing is created on the platform until you finish. Pixwel has two queues you work in.

Order Queue

The Order Queue is where you build work requests. You add the assets that need localizing, then configure each order:
  • Territory and language
  • Localization type — original, subtitled, or dedicated (dubbed / localized graphics)
  • Usages and formats
  • Due date, tags, and instructions
  • Any source materials to upload
As you build, the queue can show cost estimates for the translation, dubbing, graphics, and encoding involved. When you’re satisfied, you submit the batch and each entry becomes a work request that enters its lifecycle. Vendors, regional contacts, and studio teams use the Order Queue, depending on their permissions.

Share Queue

The Share Queue is where you assemble a share. You collect the assets you want to send, choose recipients, set languages, usages, and any feedback options, then send. Until you do, the share is just a draft in your queue.
Both queues are personal staging areas — what’s in your Order Queue or Share Queue is yours and isn’t visible to others until you submit.
A Social Queue for publishing to social channels is planned but not yet available.
