The Workflows tab on the Admin Dashboard manages the asset workflows that work requests move through — the phases of localization work and the rules for who can do what in each.
Columns
| Column | What it is |
|---|
| Name | The workflow’s name. |
| Phases | How many phases the workflow has. |
| Actions | Edit, Duplicate, Delete. |
Editing a workflow
The workflow form has:
- Name — the workflow’s name.
- Require Graphics Approval — gate completion on graphics being approved.
- Require Offline Approval — gate completion on the offline being approved.
- Phases — the ordered stages work moves through.
Phases
Each phase is configured with:
- Name and Description.
- Terminal — whether the phase ends the workflow.
- Transitions — which phases work can move to next.
- Access rules — per-group and per-user rules that control access by DNG (dialogue/narration/graphics), usage, and deliverable.
Use Duplicate to base a new workflow on an existing one, then adjust its phases — handy when a studio needs a variant of a standard workflow.
